Career Change Coaching

Career Change Coaching is suitable for those who have come to a cross-road in their career.

  • Have you taken a break from your career to raise your family?
  • Are you looking to re-enter the workforce and renew your career?
  • Are you thinking of a change in career?
  • Are you feeling stuck and frustrated in your present role and considering alternatives and new directions?

If so, then this package may be just what you're after.

Prior to your consultation, you will be asked to complete a Personality Profiler and Career Interest Profiler.

During the session(s), your Career Coach will work with you to reflect on:

  • Understanding your story so far.  Where you've been...
  • Identifying your key strengths
  • Identify your motivating interests
  • Explore potential careers which combine your strengths and interests
  • Discuss the gaps between your current skills and those you'll need to achieve your goals
  • Discuss potential "road bumps", brainstorm how these may affect your plans and develop plans to mitigate their impact
  • Develop an action plan to assist you in moving forward with your career ambitions

The program will conclude with the development of a clear set of action tasks for you to follow to ensure this is not just a conversation, but a new beginning.

If you're ready to take control of your career and make the change, contact us to make an appointment now.
